Delivery of goods

Orders are processed by us as quickly as possible, carefully packed and sent by post via DHL Luxembourg directly to the delivery address and contact person indicated in the order. The delivery costs are at the expense of the recipient for a delivery outside the territorial limits of Luxembourg. Delivery times depend on the availability of the goods.

Reservations applicable to deliveries

Deliveries are made while stocks last. We currently make deliveries only to: Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Austria and Holland.

Payment, due date, late payment

Payment for goods is made either by advance payment or by credit card. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, payment by cash or cheque is not possible. We assume no responsibility for any loss.

In the case of payment by credit card, the payment is made during the order of the goods.
