About the author
Daniel Kuhlmey is a passionate chef and manager. After his apprenticeship, he was not drawn to the big wide world, as is often the case, but remained loyal to his apprenticeship, the Mövenpick Restaurant Berlin, for a full 11 years. After a 2-year stint as the kitchen director of the BMB Group, he returned to his professional home port in 2016, where he was the Executive Chef of the Mövenpick Hotel Berlin for 5 years. For more than 3 years now he has been “beeing” as good as it gets, has the beefer not only in his heart, but also in his kitchens, and is a staunch fan and supporter.
